While change can be unsettling, it does not have to be destabilizing. Drawing on her training as a certified William Bridges Transition Manager and her many years of experience, Rabbi Berlin supports leaders and communities through rabbinic, cultural, and structural changes. During the interim year, Rabbi Berlin will:
- provide lay-leadership with tools to
- guide congregants, manage leadership vacuums, and clarify synagogue policies;
- advise search committees by
- reviewing your synagogue’s application to the CCAR, participating in mock interviews, and suggesting onsite experiences that allow candidates to feel the spirit of the community;
- and care for congregants through
- helping them articulate emotions, grieve changes, trust leadership, and look forward to the new settled rabbi.
